Zara Investment (Holding) Company gives back to the Jordanian community by supporting JRF’s ‘Madrasati Initiative’

Zara Investment (Holding) Company along with its operating 5-star hotels in Jordan; the Grand Hyatt Amman Hotel, Intercontinental Jordan Hotel, Möevenpick Resort and Spa Dead Sea, Möevenpick Resort Aqaba, Möevenpick Resort Petra and the Möevenpick Nabatean Hotel allocated a fund to enhance the living standards for students at Al Jeeza District. The donation comes under JRF’s ‘Madrasati Initiative’ development plan to support public schools across the Kingdom. Zara Investment and its subsidiaries sponsored ‘Mashrafat AL Jeeza Primary School’ and ‘Al Ramil Secondary School for girls’ located in Al Badia Al Wusta/ Al Jeeza district. The sponsoring fund will focus on infrastructure developments such as the construction, rehabilitation and expansion of schools, installation and repair of water supply and sanitation systems as well as the implementation of proper scientific, medical and technical laboratories in addition to the recruitment of qualified doctors and proficient school counselors.

The company’s contribution comes with its strategy and intrinsic principle in fostering the right elementary education for the Jordanian youth, bridging future higher educational prospects and realizing tangible results for less fortunate children in public schools. Zara Investment Holding Company in turn urges all local and private sector companies to become effective partners in sponsoring community development programs such as Madrasati Initiative.
