Zara Consultancy and Project Management (ZCPM) was established by Zara Investment (Holding) Co. Ltd. in 1996, in order to supervise the execution of its various projects around the kingdom. ZCPM is involved in the planning phases of the project as it can offer insight as to costs of construction, timing and buildability of the design. It is responsible for obtaining bids and managing and coordinating the various trades necessary for the completion of the construction project.

ZCPM has been involved, and has management experience in the construction of the largest hotel projects in Jordan. It prides itself with bringing projects in on time and on budget. ZCPM's vision is to be a leader in programme, project, and construction management services, providing for the needs of its clients, people and the communities in which it works.

ZCPM is a multi-service management and consulting firm. From pre-construction cost analysis to construction management, ZCPM works with owners, developers, engineers, financial institutions and insurance carriers to achieve quality project control and mitigate financial risk. From staff augmentation to complete project teams, ZCPM has the services and personnel to meet the entire project cost and control needs.

Since 1996, ZCPM has provided consultancy and management services for more than $250 million in hotel construction projects. From project development to construction management, ZCPM also provides comprehensive consulting and staffing services.
