Zara's vision of the future is as innovative as it is expansive. To sustain the company's leading role at the Dead Sea several large-scale projects are planned: The Dead Sea Medical Spa Hotel and a Water Park adjacent to the Mövenpick Resort; The Dead Sea Oasis Hotel; and the Zara Vacation Club, an exciting real estate development. Plans are also afoot to develop The Aqaba South Coast Resort with an impressive 500 metre beach front, while Zara's Aqaba Heights multi-use development will comprise a further three hotels, time-share apartments, villas and an attractively landscaped town centre. In keeping with Zara's keen concern for the environment, The Petra Tent Hotel will be the first of its kind in the Kingdom, comprising 80 luxurious tents and overlooking the surrounding hills of the rose-red city. In Wadi Rum a camp site will offer tourists a memorable overnight desert experience and in the north, the conservation and renovation of the village of Um Qais will provide guests with magnificent panoramic vistas of Lake Tiberias. The Abdoun Hotel and Cinemaplex in Amman will add a further dash of style to the city's most fashionable district, and the development of a small hotel and hot-springs spa at Al Himmah will consolidate Zara's position as the key player in Jordan's tourism industry.
