In collaboration with the Greater Amman Municipality, Grand Hyatt Amman has recently adopted one of the city’s public parks in Wadi Saqra. Grand Hyatt Amman’s employees adopted this initiative and devoted one whole day to caring for, cleaning and improving the condition of the park as well as planting trees and repainting tarnished signs. “When we suggested the idea to our employees, they became very eager to be involved. It was very nice to see how much passion everyone has about serving our community,” said Benno Gerushkat, general manager of Grand Hyatt Amman. Greater Amman Municipality has officially approved the role of Grand Hyatt to be the main caretaker of the park and to perform regular maintenance in order to conserve nature and make the park a better place for all visitors.
